Wilkowo Polskie ul.  Przemysłowa 30, 64-050 Wielichowo. The operator’s email contact address is biuro@senekapoland.com. The operator is the data controller for the personal data provided voluntarily on the website.    

2.     Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator 
o    Login and data entry areas are protected by SSL encryption. This ensures that personal data and login information entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s  computer and can only be read on the destination server. 
o    User passwords are stored in hashed form. Hashing is a one-way function, making it impossible to reverse-engineer passwords. This approach aligns with modern standards  for password storage.

3.4     Hosting company: 
o    applies data loss protection measures (e.g. disk arrays, regular backups),
o    applies adequate measures to protect processing sites in the event of fire (e.g. special fire extinguishing systems), 
o    applies adequate measures to protect processing systems in the event of a sudden power failure (e.g. double power supply paths, generators, UPS voltage maintenance systems), 
o    uses measures to physically protect access to data processing places (e.g. access control, monitoring),

4.4 You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object will not be possible if there are valid legally justified grounds. for processing, interests, rights and freedoms that override you, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of claims. 
4.5 You may lodge a complaint against the Administrator's actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website. 
4.6 Activities involving automated decision-making may be undertaken in relation to you, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator. 
4.7 Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms 5.1 
The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

7. Important marketing techniques 
7.1 The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In this case, it is based on data for which it is itself the administrator; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook.
